INTRODUCTION
My name is Jennifer Lee Spangler VanBoskerck. Dr. Barrett and I decided to join forces, so we formed Raven Paranormal Events & Dr. Mary Barrett, LLC. Dr. Barrett is an extremely talented Psychic Medium having such a beautiful gift as well as a Certified Master Hypnotist and I am the Founder and Lead Investigator of Raven Paranormal. I am a seasoned paranormal investigator with a very reputable team located in North and South Carolina. We decided to come together so that we could offer and provide you a very unique experience.
Raven Paranormal Events & Dr. Mary Barrett is not your typical event company. We offer a spiritual awakening with a psychic medium group reading and personal enlightenment though past life regression hypnosis. During the event Dr. Barrett will also be offering private psychic medium readings along with private hypnosis sessions. After each group reading there will be a genuine paranormal investigation of the location. Genuine in the sense that you will be a guest investigator with Raven Paranormal so that means you will be learning how to use the equipment, investigating and documenting all evidence that you receive throughout the investigation.

NIGHTLY ITINERARY
· We begin the night with a Psychic Medium Group Reading or Past Life
Regression Group Reading
· Private psychic medium reading and/or past life regression hypnosis sessions
can be scheduled at this time
· Break
· After the break we will begin with some rules, equipment explanation, introductions,
and a historical tour
· After the tour you will be free to investigate
· 1:00am – Everyone will return, all evidence documented & equipment returned
· Refreshments and snacks will be available all night, but please feel free to bring your own.

INVESTIGATION
WHAT TO EXPECT-
· Conduct you own paranormal investigation
· If desired, you can join a Raven Paranormal team member to investigate
· Learn about the different types of equipment
· Collecting of evidence
· No faking, provoking, summoning, etc.
· Debunk (if there is doubt; through it out)
· Learn the proper ways to investigate (dos and donts)
· Questions will be answered to help you better understand
WHAT TO WEAR-
· Wear comfortable clothes and shoes (preferably sneakers or non-slip shoes)
· **Flip-flops or slip on type shoes are discouraged due to tripping hazards.
· Dress accordingly. Be aware of the weather conditions. Some locations do not have
AC or Heat.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED-
· If you have your own equipment, please feel free to bring. Keep in mind that
all personal equipment will be solely your responsibility. We will not be held
liable for any lost, broken, stolen, misplaced, etc. equipment.
· Please bring a flashlight (if you forget, we will have some for purchase)
· An open mind (a good paranormal investigator always has a healthy amount
of skepticism)
· A camera (cell phones will have to be in airplane mode during the investigation)
· Snacks, drinks, etc.
WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED-
· Exclusive Access to the location
· Free roam investigations
· Use of our equipment which includes, trigger objects, EMF Meters, dowsing rods,
cat balls, etc. (must secure with driver’s license & keys)
· Unlimited refreshments available throughout the night including Coffee, Sodas,
Bottled Water and Snacks.
PLEASE REMEMBER-
You will be conducting your own investigation. Just remember to be kind and courteous to others while they investigate. When you decide to move to a different area and find another party investigating, please move on to another area while they finish. No loud talking, loud laughing, or any type of disruptive behavior will be tolerated during the investigation. Everyone paid money to be here so please be considerate to your fellow investigators.
We will have cameras set up at the hotspots throughout the location to record and collect evidence. Please remember that you are being filmed as well. If you have any questions or problems a Raven team member will also be there to help.

This is a hands-on investigation. If you have equipment, please feel free to bring but keep in mind you are responsible for all personal equipment. Please bring a flashlight. Remember nothing is faked or staged. There will be no provocation, conjuring, etc. At the end of the investigation, you will be asked to provide all evidence that you got.
